She supports the studio's bidding and contract function, collaborating with internal teams on project methodologies and contract terms so that every engagement begins on solid footing.
As sustainability lead, Marie pairs extensive ESG expertise with a genuine passion and commitment to sustainability. With years of experience examining sustainability in the built environment, she has witnessed firsthand the shift toward green thinking and how it translates into real projects and shareable best practices. She has a keen interest in furthering the sustainability of the industry, working alongside the studio's design teams and drawing on her wider sustainability network to move the work forward.
Before joining PlainJoe, Marie spent five years at Senator Group as Head of Bids and Contracts, shaping both the commercial and sustainability sides of the business.
