Robin Riley is the CEO of Ozone 3D, a sister company to PlainJoe. She leads every aspect of the business, from go-to-market strategy to business planning, capital raise efforts, and organizational development.
Robin brings extensive experience as a chief strategist and senior executive for large-scale non-profit organizations. She specializes in organizational inflection points, turnarounds, and crisis management that require realignment from the ground up.
As Executive Director of the Rooted Network, she grew the organization from 100 member organizations to more than 800 in a single year. She also led the network development behind four new launches and realigned the organization around a new mission, vision, values, and strategy. She directed a 12,000-strong volunteer organization through their 40 member staff while managing a $4M budget.
