Granger partnered with PlainJoe Studios during a new vision campaign to help expand their story within their physical environments and online presence.
Granger wanted a smart, creative site that would give users what they wanted anytime, anywhere. (Information that is accessible is actionable… and sharable.) So we set them up with a custom site search engine and a smart tile design that works on any screen; desktop or handheld. Tiles auto load as users scroll through the pages and the search results are weighted not only by the church’s key priorities, but also by the keywords users enter. It’s a truly interactive website that quickly connects people with what they’re looking for when-no insider knowledge required. This new search technology gave Granger a chance to move away from a one-dimensional navigation menu to help people tailor their own content and take their next steps. Ironically, even with all the power behind it, it’s a kinder, gentler web site anyone can use whether they’re checking out the church for the first time or they’ve been around for years.
PlainJoe partnered with Granger’s creative team to help expand their vocabulary across their physical environments. We looked for ways to connect each attribute of their DNA throughout the campus – inside and out. With better way finding signs, lifestyle graphics and some unconventional design, the finished environment was fully congruent with the true Granger heartbeat: creative, encouraging, unpredictable, relatable and empowering. It took some creative solutions, but this really big project was completed on a relatively tight budget (can you say Ikea Hacks)?
