Raquel Ryan

Raquel Ryan has been part of the PlainJoe team since 2013 and has had the privilege of supporting the company's growth for more than a decade. Throughout her time at PlainJoe, she has worn many hats, contributing across areas including People Strategy, project management, risk management, and company events. Today, she partners closely with employees and leaders across the organization on recruiting, employee development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee experience. Raquel enjoys the variety that comes with her role and the opportunity to support both employees and leaders throughout their PlainJoe journey. She especially enjoys welcoming new employees to the team, getting to know the people behind the work, and planning company events and gatherings that bring everyone together. For her, some of the best moments happen when people connect, build relationships, and create memories beyond their day-to-day work. When she's not working, you'll likely find her planning her next adventure, exploring new places, or spending time with family and friends.
