Known around Omaha as “The Silo Church”, StoneBridge Christian Church has embarked on a new master plan, designed by PlainJoe, to add a 22,900-square-foot Worship Center onto their existing property. The new building will boast a 1500-seat auditorium, expanded space for their baptistry, and extra space backstage for their Spanish translation.
Current kids’ ministry spaces on campus will be transformed into space for infants and children through preschool age, including nursing rooms for mothers with babies. The current auditorium will become a space dedicated specifically to elementary-age kids through 5th grade.
With StoneBridge’s campus expansion comes the need for additional parking. The PlainJoe team helped StoneBridge’s ministry leaders plan for a parking lot expansion of 722 additional spaces. We also designed an expanded outdoor patio and additional courtyard space to maximize the existing gathering space utilized by the community, week after week.
