Marquette, an investment firm led by Darren Sloniger, established this luxury high-rise apartment complex in Houston, Texas. Aptly named Catalyst, the development is designed to centralize the neighborhoods where they’re located and bring high-end living options to people who work nearby.

We collaborated with Marquette on the Strategic Storytelling (branding) and the Spatial Storytelling (environments) aspects of their interior spaces including the design and development of innovative environmental graphics and installations, custom artwork, and interactive virtual tour kiosks in the space.

“Houston had this incredible opportunity, I think, because it was a clean slate. There was a lot of good core employment that was occurring, but no real residential downtown living to speak of,” Sloniger says. “I wanted to be part of the impetus to the creation of the urban core in Houston.”

Catalyst Houston provides an opportunity for downtown living where tenants can explore and truly experience Houston from a new, high-rise perspective.
