Creating a responsive brand identity for this disruptive healthcare service
Ranger Health, a successful urgent care house call service in Texas was ready to expand—first regionally, then nationally. They needed help repositioning their brand and creating a new identity that would help them grow beyond their current footprint.
We crafted a wordmark that would amplify the brand name and visually embody efficiency, quickness and friendly credibility. We then created a secondary icon for specific use in digital and social applications.
We created five distinct icons each representing a cornerstone of the brand’s value proposition.
We designed the user-interface of the consumer-facing app that allows patients to fetch a visit from the nearest available provider.
We knew that a key to differentiating the brand was to develop a refreshingly human tone of voice that playfully positions FetchMD as the answer to everyday healthcare hassles.
In some regions of the country, the FetchMD brand has full-time staff. For those areas, we designed a vinyl car wrap that acts as a rolling billboard. We created shoulder bags for FetchMD providers to carry supplies and minor equipment.
Lastly, we crafted a fully responsive website—the central hub for all marketing and promotion of the brand.
